I thrive on the ebb and flow of design—balancing strategic leadership with hands-on collaboration. I’m comfortable partnering with executives on big-picture initiatives or working alongside designers to bring ideas to life. Colleagues describe me as having strong design sensibilities, solid business acumen, and a calm, supportive presence.

Currently, I’m the Director of Product Design at Paylocity, where I lead design for multiple portfolios and help guide the growth and maturation of our broader design organization.

Previously, at Gemini, I led a team of designers across three value streams, taking a holistic view of the end-to-end experience while aligning teams around shared goals and delivering impactful work. At Citrix, I guided the design team through a major reorganization—building partnerships with business leaders and empowering designers to engage earlier in the product development process.

Learning

At the end of 2022, I completed the d.MBA program further developing my business confidence as a designer. I am also a mentor/mentee at ADPList and find great value learning from all different types of designers across the world.
